1. Recent Milestones: Opened the ASPIRE-FTD clinical trial to study AVB-101 in people with frontotemporal dementia with GRN mutations. Trial is active in Europe and with US sites opening in Q2. Signed exclusive licensing and collaboration agreement with Neurgain Technologies for a novel spinal cord delivery technology.
2. Upcoming Milestones: ASPIRE-FTD data readouts expected in 2024. The first ALS program (AVB-205) is expected to enter the clinic in 2025
